The present invention relates to a tablet composition for oral administration containing amorphous dexlansoprazole, mannitol having average particle size of 100-400 &mu；m, a disintegrant, and a glidant. The present invention further relates to a tablet composition for oral administration containing the same, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the tablet composition for oral administration has excellent hardness, shortens duration for disintegration, and enables production of tablets for oral administration with improved abrasion rate.
