To provide means to reproduce a measurement environment by uniquely determining a measurement site without impairing usability related to a process of calibration by a white reference in a pulse wave measuring device using a spectrometer.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device includes a spectrometer, a housing for accommodating the spectrometer which includes a surface for placing a measurement object and an opening through which light irradiated to the measurement object placed on the surface and light reflected from the measurement object pass, and a shutter member having a white reference surface, which can move between a first position opposed to the opening of the housing and a second position retreated from the first position opposed to the opening. When the shutter member is at the first position, the spectrometer performs adjustment operation using the white reference surface. When the shutter member is at the second position, the spectrometer performs colorimetry of the measurement object.
