The present invention provides a rake pad for a salt farm, fixated at a support of a rake by a coupling unit, which comprises: a plate type coupling plate coupled on the bottom of the support； and a contact plate extended from the coupling plate and getting gradually thinner and inclined downwards as becoming closer to the outside, where a plurality of protrusions are formed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction on the bottom of the contact plate. The present invention forms the pad, playing a role of practically raking salt, with a non-toxic silicon material and comprises the coupling plate and the contact plate, thereby bending a portion of the contact plate on the bottom of the salt farm to come the contact plate into close contact with the bottom of the salt farm and forming the thickness of an end part to be thin during the salt collection work, so it maintains the close contact of the pad even on the irregular bottom to smoothly perform the salt collection work.본 발명은 대파의 지지대에 체결수단에 의해 고정되는 패드에 있어서, 상기 패드는 지지대의 저면에 결합되는 판형의 결합판과, 상기 결합판에 연장형성되되 외측으로 갈수록 그 두께가 점차 얇아지고 하방으로 경사지도록 형성된 접촉판으로 구성되되, 상기 접촉판의 저면에는 길이방향으로 다수의 돌기가 소정간격 형성되도록 구성되는 염전용 대파 패드를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 실질적으로 소금을 긁어모아 주는 역할을 수행하는 패드를 무독성 실리콘 재질로 구성하되, 상기 패드를 지지대에 결합되는 판형의 결합판과 상기 결합판에 연장형성되되 외측으로 갈수록 그 두께가 점차 얇아지고 하방으로 경사지도록 형성된 접촉판으로 구성함으로써, 채렴작업 시 상기 접촉판이 염전의 바닥판에 일부 꺾어져 밀착되고 끝단부의 두께는 얇게 형성되므로 울퉁불퉁한 바닥판에서도 패드의 밀착을 유지하도록 하여 상기 채력작업이 원활하게 수행되도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
