The present invention relates to a safety cap for an injection device having a reuse prevention element. Specifically, the safety cap of the present invention is provided on a front end of the injection device comprising a body, a needle joined to one end of the body, and a suction tube having a greater diameter than the needle and joined to the one end of the body, wherein the safety cap comprises: a joining element which is joined to the needle and the body on the side of the suction tube； a cap frame which is disposed on one side of the joining element in the direction of the suction tube, and in which a first suction tube accommodating unit is formed to accommodate a part of the suction tube； and a reuse prevention element which is disposed inside the first suction tube accommodating unit of the cap frame. More specifically, the reuse prevention element includes a second suction tube accommodating unit adapted to accommodate a part of the suction tube； a needle accommodating unit adapted to accommodate the needle； and an entering prevention unit disposed between the second suction tube accommodating unit and the needle accommodating unit to prevent the suction tube from entering the needle accommodating unit, wherein an opening portion is formed in the length direction of the first suction tube accommodating unit on one side of the first suction tube accommodating unit, and the cap frame is rotatably disposed at the joining element. According to the present invention, the joining element is joined to the needle of the injection device and to the body on the side of the suction tube, the reuse prevention element is disposed at the first suction tube accommodating unit of the cap frame rotatable at the joining element, and the needle accommodating unit is disposed at the reuse prevention element to accommodate a needle.
