PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial and antifungal resin composition and to provide an air-conditioning duct having a film thereof.
SOLUTION: The antibacterial and antifungal resin composition comprises a phosphorylcholine group-containing polymer of formula (1) (wherein, n and m represent each the molar fraction and n represents a number of 0.5-0.8 and m represents a number of 0.2-0.5, with the proviso that n+m is 1 and p represents an integer of 1-12) and a biguanide-based antibacterial and antifungal agent of formula (2) (wherein, x represents a number of 1-500). The phosphorylcholine group-containing polymer of formula (1) has 100,000-2,000,000 weight-average molecular weight.
