PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental mirror that facilitates observing a desired portion in an oral cavity while illuminating the portion.SOLUTION: A dental mirror 1 comprises: a rod-shaped handle 2； a vertical mirror 3； a light source 4； a cylinder 51； and a movable rod 52. The handle 2 has a front end 21 and a rear end 22. The vertical mirror 3 is provided so as to extend in a direction X coaxial with the handle 2. The vertical mirror 3 has a mirror plane 31. The mirror plane 31 starts at the front end 21 of the handle 2. The light source 4 is provided on the front end 21 side of the handle 2. The light source 4 is oriented to a tip 32 of the vertical mirror 3. The cylinder 51 is formed in the handle 2 and extends in an axial direction of the handle 2.
