PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope capable of detecting a deep image of an object region.SOLUTION: This surgical microscope 100 includes: an observation optical path for main observation and an observation optical path for simultaneous observation. The surgical microscope 100 includes a microscope main objective lens 101 through which the observation optical path for the main observation and the observation path 106 for the simultaneous observation pass. The surgical microscope 100 includes an OCT system 120 for examining the object region. The OCT system 120 includes an OCT scanning optical path 123 guided through the microscope main objective lens 101.
