The present invention relates to a belt-type dog lead combined with an LED and a battery, which is configured to allow a dog to freely move by preventing a leash from being entangled by the belt-type dog lead, so as to eliminate the problem of the existing dog leads that a leash is entangled when a dog moves. According to the present invention, the dog lead comprises: a belt formed to be worn on a user&primes waist and rotated by locking a hook a hook attached to connect the belt and a leash to each other a rotatable collar formed to allow a leash, hanging to be connected to a dog by connecting the dog lead thereto, to be rotated by 360 degrees a groove dented on the belt to allow the dog lead to be rotated by 360 degrees an LED formed to allow light to be emitted from the dog lead so as to be recognizable at night and a battery formed on the belt in a square shape, and emitting light to allow the remaining amount thereof to be seen.
