PURPOSE: A washing method used in a medical institute is provided to be excellent in removing harmful bacteria and polluted materials using gamma-rays which do not have toxic materials, to sterilize clothes with the clothes packed and to reduce releasing polluted materials. CONSTITUTION: A washing method used in a medical institute comprises following steps. Washed clothes are packed. A gamma ray is projected to the packed clothes. The amount of the gamma ray is 10-15 rkGy for 12-15 hours. The radiation of the gamma ray is Co-60. The packing material is chosen from polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride and polycarbonate.본 발명은 감마선을 이용한 의료기관 세탁물의 세탁방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 감마선을 이용한 의료기관 세탁물의 세탁방법은 세탁된 세탁물을 포장하고； 그리고 상기 포장된 세탁물 표면에 감마선을 10~15 kGy의 조사선량으로 12 내지 15시간 동안 조사하는； 단계를 포함하며, 상기 감마선의 방사원은 코발트-60(Co-60)이며, 상기 포장은 폴리에틸렌(Polyethylene, PE), 폴리비닐클로라이드(Polyvinyl chloride, PVC), 폴리비닐리덴클로라이드(Polyvinylidene chloride, PVDC), 및 폴리카보네이트(Polycarbonate, PC) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 포장재를 사용하여 상기 세탁물을 포장하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
