La présente invention concerne en outre un complexe constitué dun conjugué dHA et de p-SCN-Bn-DOTA (HAC) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 et un isotope radioactif dun élément choisi dans le groupe constitué des P, Sr, Rh, Pd, I, Sm, Er, Au, At, Bi, In, Lu, Y, Re, Cu et Ag, ainsi que des procédures de préparation dudit conjugué et dudit complexe et lutilisation dun tel conjugué dans lidentification de lésions néoplasiques chez des mammifères par la méthodologie R.O.L.L. (« localisation radioguidée de lésions occultes »).
