Another end of the stop valve unit includes a gap. The stop valve unit includes a flow channel. An end of the flow channel and the pass are interlinked. Another end of the flow channel and the gap are interlinked. The driving unit includes a fit portion and a control portion. The fit portion and the control portion are interlinked. The fit portion is connected to the main body unit.
