The present invention relates to a safe syringe using an internal filter assembly, capable of effectively filtering out foreign substances such as glass or rubber pieces mixed with injection liquid as well as preventing a backflow of the filtered foreign substances by effectively controlling the inflow and discharge of the injection liquid.
