A device for angiography is provided. The device includes an optical fiber, a light source, an ultrasonic detector and an imaging system. A second terminal of the optical fiber is configured to enter a vein in a human body. The light source emits a laser ray into a first terminal of the optical fiber so that the laser ray diffuses through the optical into a tissue of the human body, and thus an ultrasonic signal is generated. The ultrasonic detector is disposed corresponding to the second terminal of the optical fiber and receives the ultrasonic signal.
