PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological body information detection device detecting signals having different characteristics while having a certain level of correlation therebetween in each light reception section of a plurality of light reception sections by having an appropriate structure, and further to provide an electronic apparatus and the like.SOLUTION: A biological body information detection device includes: a first light reception section 140 receiving light from a body to be detected a second light reception section 141 and a translucent member 50 being provided at a position closer to a body to be detected side than the first light reception section 140 and the second light reception section 141, transmitting the light from the body to be detected, being brought into contact with the body to be detected and applying pressing force thereto at the time of measurement of biological body information of the body to be detected.
