A process for realising a device (1) for collecting and transferring samples for molecular biology, the device comprising at least: a support body (2) having at least a first portion (2a), and a plurality of fibres (6) attached and arranged on the first portion (2a) of the support body (2) by flocking, such as to define a flocked collecting portion (3) destined to collect, on the said collecting portion, (3) a quantity of the sample for molecular biology, the process comprising at least a step of pre-treating the plurality of fibres (6) with a surfactant, the step of pre-treating the plurality of fibres (6) with a surfactant being performed after application of the fibres on the support body (2) by flocking and/or before application of the fibres (6) on the body (2) by flocking and/or wherein the surfactant is added to the fibre (6) during production of the fibre (6).Linvention concerne un procédé permettant de réaliser un dispositif (1) conçu pour recueillir et transférer des échantillons destinés à la biologie moléculaire, ledit dispositif comprenant au moins : un corps de soutien (2) ayant au moins une première partie (2a), et plusieurs fibres (6) fixées et disposées sur la première partie (2a) du corps de soutien (2) par flocage, de façon à définir une partie de collecte floquée (3), une quantité de léchantillon destiné à la biologie moléculaire, le procédé comprenant au moins une étape de prétraitement de la pluralité de fibres (6) avec un tensio-actif, ladite étape étant réalisée après application des fibres sur le corps de soutien (2) par flocage et/ou avant lapplication des fibres (6) sur ledit corps (2) par flocage et/ou au cours de laquelle on ajoute le tensio-actif aux fibres (6) lors de la production de ces fibres (6).
