The present technology is directed generally to tapered, curved stylets for inserting spinal cord modulation leads, and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, the stylet includes a handle and a shaft, the shaft having a proximal portion adjacent to the handle, a distal portion adjacent to the proximal portion, and a rounded tip. The proximal portion can be elongated along a longitudinal axis and can have a generally constant diameter. The distal portion can have a tapered section with a diameter that decreases in a distal direction, and a pre-set curve with respect to the longitudinal axis. The rounded tip can have a diameter greater than or equal to the smallest diameter of the distal portion.La présente technologie concerne de manière générale des stylets effilés, incurvés pour insérer des fils conducteurs de modulation dans la moelle épinière, et des systèmes et méthodes associés.
