The present invention discloses a distal radius fixation system for the treatment of fractures of the distal radius. The present invention is composed of a bone plate, a hook plate, and a plurality of bone screws. The plate has a plurality of holes formed to penetrate the top and bottom surfaces, a first plate segment disposed in the distal radius, and a second plate segment extending from the first plate segment for placement in the radius. The hook plate is coupled to be detachably attached to the upper edge of the first plate segment, and has a plurality of hooks formed to wrap and fix the anterior articular surface of the distal radius. The screw is coupled to each of the distal radius and the radius through the holes.
