The present invention relates to an apparatus for concentrating soybean mil to a high concentration, and the purpose of the present invention is to lower the production costs and maintain an inherent taste of the soybean milk, wherein the apparatus comprises: a balance tank (01) for temporarily storing soybean milk which is a raw material for making bean curd a first evaporator (04) for heating the soybean milk, which is supplied from the balance tank (01), using steam supplied from the outside a first gas-liquid separator (06) for separating the soybean milk, which is supplied from the first evaporator (04), into a gas-phase heating steam and a liquid-phase soybean milk, and then supplying the heating steam as a heat source of a second evaporator (09), supplying a part of the soybean milk to the second evaporator (09), and recycling the remaining soybean milk to the first evaporator (04) the second evaporator (09) for heating the soybean milk, which is supplied from the first gas-liquid separator (06), using the heating steam supplied from the first gas-liquid separator (06) a second gas-liquid separator (10) for separating the soybean milk, which is heated in the second evaporator (09), into a gas-phase heating steam and a liquid-phase concentrated soybean milk, and then supplying the heating steam to a condenser (12), supplying a part of the soybean milk to an automatic sugar content regulator (21), and recycling the remaining soybean milk to the second evaporator (09) the condenser (12) for cooling the heating steam, which is supplied from the second gas-liquid separator (10), using cooling water to separately discharge condensation water and non-condensation gas and the automatic sugar content regulator (21) for measuring the sugar content of the soybean milk supplied from the second gas-liquid separator (10), and discharging the soybean milk to a subsequent process when the measured sugar content reaches a predetermined sugar content or resupplying the soybean
