PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer/movement device capable of lifting a care-receiver while reducing the burden on a care-taker.SOLUTION: In a transfer/movement device 1, a lifting transfer support mechanism 20 is provided in a pair of guide bars 21 facing each other, a body mounting base rotation support frame 24 supported rotatably by rotation supporting points 23 provided in the pair of guide bars 21, respectively, and a body mounting base 25 provided in the body mounting base rotation support frame 24 to place the body of the care-receiver thereon.
