The present invention relates to a fixture, comprising: a first shaft having a first screw thread formed on an outer peripheral surface； and a second shaft having a second screw thread which is extended downward to a lower end of the first shaft and which has a greater pitch than the pitch of the first screw thread, and having a plurality of cutting edges formed at regular intervals in a circumferential direction at a lower end to allow a self-tapping when being implanted to an alveolar bone. The fixture of the present invention forms a female screw thread on an inner circumferential surface of a groove for being inserted with a bone tissue by the cutting edges provided in a lower side of the second shaft, thus improving a work efficiency. The invention has the advantage of improving a fixing force of the bone tissue as a part of the bone tissue is drawn into the cutting edges during osseointegration.본 발명은 픽스츄어에 관한 것으로서, 외주면에 제1나사산이 형성되는 제1축부와, 제1축부의 하단부에 하방으로 연장되며, 외주면에 제1나사산의 피치보다 더 큰 피치를 갖는 제2나사산이 형성되고, 치조골에 식립시 셀프태핑되도록 하단부에 원주방향을 따라 상호 이격되게 다수의 컷팅에지가 형성된 제2축부를 구비한다. 본 발명에 따른 픽스츄어는 제2축부의 하단부에 마련된 다수의 컷팅에지에 의해 골조직의 삽입용 홈 내주면에 암나사산을 형성하여 픽스츄어의 식립을 가이드하여 작업효율을 향상시키고, 골유착 시 골조직 일부가 상기 컷팅에지 내로 인입되어 골조직에 대한 고정력을 향상시키는 장점이 있다.
