The present invention relates to a method of searching for a bleeding site by using an image processing device for an operation (hereinafter, referred to as "operation-related image processing device"). The method of searching for the bleeding site by using the operation-related image processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes capturing and processing an image of a surgical site, and then storing or outputting the image. The method includes: producing first image data from the image captured from the surgical site during the operation determining whether an accident occurs due to an external input signal during the capturing of the image separating a plurality of image frames from second image data extracted from all or some of the first image data if the result of the determination is positive analyzing each of the plurality of image frames to extract at least one target image frame including a bleeding site from the surgical site and outputting the at least one target image frame to a user. The extracting of the at least one target image frame includes: calculating the average value of a plurality of color values forming each of the plurality of image frames so as to extract a representative color value for each image frame searching for at least one candidate image frame whose representative color value is higher than a preset threshold color value, for each of the plurality of image frames extracting, from the at least one candidate image frame, at least one target image frame located at a point in time that is far from when the accident occurs and obtaining a representative color value of each of the plurality of image frames by calculating an average value of a red (R) channel from each image frame subsequent to converting a color space of each image frame into an RGB color space.La présente invention concerne un procédé de recherche pour un site de saignement par lutilisation dun dispositif de traitement dimage pour une opé
