PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial activator using saponin derived from Allium fistulosum. L.SOLUTION: The antibacterial activator having safe germicidal activities against plant pathogenic bacteria and human opportunistic bacteria, and originated from a natural product includes the saponin extracted from roots and stem plates of the Allium fistulosum. L as an active ingredient, because it is found that the saponin-containing material extracted from the roots and stem plates of the Allium fistulosum.
