As to the purpose of the present invention, a support brake is installed in the left and right sides of a rear support body of the fishing rod support installed in a fishing rod support frame, and thus, when a fishing rod is placed, power is applied to an upper slope part of the support brake and a support groove is opened to store the fishing rod. Moreover, if the fishing rod is placed on a front support of the support, which supports the entire fishing rod, the fishing rod moves forward and the support brake holds the grip part of the fishing rod, so when the fishing rod is lifted up, power is applied to a lower front slope part of the support brake and the support brake is opened to get the fishing rod out of the inside, and thus, the fishing rod is prevented from being separated from the support due to wind or power of a fish which swims away. A brake accepting groove, of which the rear side is opened, is installed in the left and right sides of the support groove of the support body, the support brake is accepted in the brake accepting groove, a slope part is installed in the upper front, upper, and lower front sides of the support brake, and the support brake is combined with the brake accepting groove of the support body through a pin in the same way as a return spring.
