Anti-TF antibody drug conjugate and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibody drug-conjugate for use in the treatment of a solid cancer comprising administering to a subject a weekly dose of from about 0.8 mg/kg to about 1.8 mg/kg of an anti-TF antibody drug conjugate once a week for three consecutive weeks followed by a one week resting period without any administration of anti-TF ADC so that each cycle time is 28 days including the resting period.L'invention concerne un conjugué médicament-anticorps anti-TF et des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant le conjugué anticorps-médicament pour une utilisation dans le traitement de cancers solides comprenant l'administration au patient d'une dose hebdomadaire, comprise entre environ 0,8 mg/kg et environ 1,8 mg/kg d'un conjugué médicament-anticorps anti-TF, une fois par semaine pendant trois semaines successives, suivie d'une période de repos d'une semaine sans administration de conjugué médicament-anticorps anti-TF, de telle sorte que la durée de chaque cycle est de 28 jours en incluant la période de repos.
