A tattoo apparatus, comprising: a tattoo needle (60), means of moving up and down (20) to transmit a rotational force of a drive motor (17) to the tattoo needle (60), a needle cartridge (50) having a needle holder (53) to support the tattoo needle, in which the upward and downward displacement means (20) consist of a cam structure to convert a rotational movement by means of a rotational force of the drive motor (17) in a linear motion, the cam structure comprising: - a bearing element (129, 229) for rolling contact in order to reduce vibrations and noise, - a cam element (123) having a cam plate (23a) tilted to one side, so that the cam plate can be rotated by the drive motor (17), - a connecting rod (30) to transmit a power to the tattoo needle, and - a cam connecting rod (127) to effect a alternative movement in relation to the rotation of the cam element (123) to thus transmit the power to the connecting rod (30), characterized in that the connecting rod (30) has a joint (31) engaged and coupled with the needle holder ( 53) to be able to separate from it and assemble, in which the joint (31) comprises: - an elongated rectangular joint hole (31a) in which a suspension hook (55) is housed that protrudes on the two sides of a lower end of the needle holder (53)； and - a hook hole (31b) formed to penetrate one side of the joint (31) and thus allow the suspension hook (55) to fit thereon when the suspension hook (55) rotates at an angle of 90 degrees together with the needle holder (53), in which the connecting bar (30) is formed by a hollow tube, and a linear alternative movement of the connecting bar (30) is guided by an anti-vibration tube (40 ) surrounding the connecting rod (30), and in which the anti-vibration tube (40) has an anti-vibration gasket (41) fitted between an internal side of the tattoo apparatus and an external side of the anti-vibration tube vibration (40) to avoid vibrations and sliding thereof.Un aparato de tatuaje, que comprende: una aguja de t
