Treatment of olfactory dysfunction involves: irrigation therapy – washing the nasal cavity with 0.9 % NaCl physiological solution in amount of 5–10 ml for 5 minutes daily 2 times day for 3 weeks； olfactory training using rose oil, eucalyptus, lemon and cloves, which are brought to vestibule for 10 seconds for each, with interval of 10 seconds for 84 to 252 days. Simultaneously, a medicamentous therapy with Neuromidine is used. In functional anosmia with total test score of 1–15 points by intramuscular introduction in amount of 5 to 15 mg/ml 1-2 times day for 10 days, followed by treatment with Neuromidine 1 tablet 10 to 20 mg 3 times day for 28 days.
