PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based cosmetic which can be easily removed by rubbing with a makeup remover though being not separated upon contact with tear, sweat, or the like and excellent in makeup lifespan, usability (lightness and smoothness), and cosmetic film uniformity.
SOLUTION: Provided is an oil-based cosmetic formulated from the following ingredients (A) to (C): (A) a rosin ester compound being an ester of rosin with glycerol, wherein the rosin is disproportionated and/or hydrogenated, (B) a powder surface-treated with tridecafluorooctyltriethoxysilane, and (C) a volatile oil.
