The present invention relates to a novel use of ranibizumab and, more specifically, to a subconjunctival injection composition for inhibiting corneal graft rejection and a subconjunctival injection composition for inhibiting edema due to corneal graft, comprising ranibizumab as active ingredients. The present invention provides a subconjunctival injection composition for inhibiting corneal graft rejection, a composition for inhibiting edema due to corneal graft, a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis and a subconjunctival injection composition for inhibiting corneal opacity due to the corneal graft, comprising ranibizumab as active ingredients. The composition according to the present invention remarkably reduces various side effects generated by the corneal graft rejection and corneal graft surgery, thereby being effective in producing subconjunctival injections for a corneal graft surgery.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 라니비주맙의 신규한 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 라니비주맙(ranibizumab)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 각막 이식 거부 억제용 결막하주사 조성물, 각막 이식에 의한 부종 억제용 결막하주사 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 라니비주맙(ranibizumab)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 각막 이식 거부 억제용 결막하주사, 각막 이식에 의한 부종 억제용, 혈관신생 억제용, 각막 이식에 의한 각막 혼탁 억제용 결막하주사 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 각막이식 거부 및 각막이식 수술에 의해 발생하는 다양한 부작용의 발생을 현저히 감소시켜 각막이식 수술용 결막하 주사제 제조에 효과적이다.
