The present invention relates to a composition for maintaining efficacy of a filler for a long period of time by containing collagen as an active ingredient. The composition according to the present invention is useful since the composition can promote the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and inhibit activity of hyaluronidase, thereby maintaining the efficacy of a hyaluronic acid filler for a longer period of time. Therefore, even with less number of times of filler injection, the efficacy of the filler can be maintained and skin irritation can be also reduced.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée à maintenir l'efficacité d'une charge pendant une longue période, grâce à sa teneur en collagène en tant que principe actif. La composition selon la présente invention est utile, puisqu'elle peut favoriser la synthèse de l'acide hyaluronique et inhiber l'activité de la hyaluronidase, maintenant de ce fait l'efficacité d'une charge d'acide hyaluronique pendant une plus longue période. Par conséquent, même avec une injection de la charge pratiquée moins souvent, son efficacité peut être maintenue et l'irritation de la peau peut aussi être réduite.본 발명은 콜라겐을 유효성분으로 포함하여 필러의 효능을 장기간 유지시키는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 조성물은 히알루론산의 합성을 촉진시키고 히알루로니다제(hyaluronidase)의 활성을 억제할 수 있어서, 히알루론산 필러 효능을 보다 장시간 유지시킬 수 있어서 유용하다. 이에 따라 보다 적은 횟수로 필러를 시술하여도 그 효과가 유지될 수 있어서 피부 자극 역시 줄어든다는 장점이 있다.
