METHOD FOR MAKING UP OR FOR THE CARE OF KERATINOUS MATERIALS, COMPRISING THE APPLICATION OF A BASE COMPOSITION, A COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND A FINISHING COMPOSITION, THE BASE AND FINISHING COMPOSITIONS BEING SILICON-BASED.
