Fully integrated small implantable sensing devices are described and may include electronic circuits for interfacing with sensors and sensors and for communicating with external devices. Various manufacturing methods for sensing devices are described and include the provision of wells produced using the same manufacturing techniques as electronic circuits to include the electrodes of the sensor and corresponding functionalized chemicals.
