PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antigen-specific cytotoxic activity enhancer useful as an extracorporeal circulation material suitably usable for treatment of cancer, viral disease or the like.
SOLUTION: The cytocidal activity enhancer for enhancing antigen-specific cytotoxic activity of an immunocompetent cell against an abnormal cell comprises a polymer molded article having adsorptivity to a glycoprotein molecule made soluble by the cleavage of an extracellular part of a membrane protein present in a cell membrane of a lymphocyte or an antigen-presenting cell, and having a function for mediating the information between the lymphocytes or between the lymphocyte and the antigen-presenting cell.
