The purpose of the invention is to suppress operation costs for cleaning microneedles and applying drugs to same. One aspect of this microneedle patch storing tool is a microneedle patch storing tool for storing microneedle patches, wherein the microneedle patch storing tool comprises a plurality of pallets stacked in the vertical direction. Two pallets adjacent in the vertical direction constitute one or more patch holding units that hold the microneedle patches. The patch holding unit comprises, so as to clamp the rim portion of the microneedle patches in the vertical direction: a plurality of bottom projections that are disposed separated from each other along the circumferential direction so as to hold the rim portion of the microneedle patches from the bottom; and a plurality of top projections that are disposed separated from each other along the circumferential direction so as to press the rim portion of the microneedle patch from the top. The patch holding unit is open in at least one of the upper and lower directions.
