The absorbent article of the present disclosure has the following structure. An absorbent article (1) having a liquid-permeable top sheet (2), a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body (3). The absorbent article (1) is characterized by: having an excretory orifice contact region (4) and embossed portions (5)； the top sheet (2) inside the excretory orifice contact region (4) and the embossed portions (5) respectively containing a prescribed blood lubricating agent； and the amount of the blood lubricating agent in the embossed portions (5) being larger than the amount of the blood lubricating agent in the top sheet (2) in the excretory orifice contact region (4).
