PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body posture estimation device capable of properly estimating a body posture of a photographer irrespective of differences in aspect of movement depending on viewpoint or body construction of the photographer.SOLUTION: The body posture estimation device includes: a camera position posture estimation section 30 that estimates the position and posture of a camera based on a 3D image data and a joint position detection section 32 that estimates the joint position of arms and hands.
