PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for tire vulcanization which can suppress occurrence of humps in the central part of a pattern block in producing a pneumatic tire lightened by using a foam rubber in a tread part, a tire vulcanization method and a pneumatic tire produced by the tire vulcanization method.SOLUTION: A mold for tire vulcanization is provided with a recessed part for formation of a pattern block in a tread part of a pneumatic tire, and the bottom part of the recessed part formed in accordance with the contact area of the pattern block has a curved surface curved in a projected manner toward the center of the tire radial direction and is used in a step of vulcanizing a tire using a foam rubber in the tread part. A tire vulcanization method using the mold for tire vulcanization and a pneumatic tire vulcanized by the tire vulcanization method are also provided.
