The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a novel pyrrolopyrimidine compound or a salt thereof having an NAE inhibitory effect as well as a cell growth-suppressing effect. The present invention provides a compound represented by general formula (A) or a salt thereof, and a NAE inhibitor, pharmaceutical composition, and antitumor agent having this compound or a salt thereof as an active ingredient.
