Disclosed is a cultivation device for garden use having a freely adjustable angle. The device comprises a base (4), and a connecting rod (10) and a rotary seat (3) installed above the base (4). A side of the rotary seat (3) is hinged with the base (4). A water delivery tube (2) is installed on the rotary seat (3). A plurality of soilless cultivation tubes (1) arranged in a row is installed on the water delivery tube (2). A lower end of the connecting rod (10) is hinged with the base (4), and an upper end of the connecting rod (10) is installed with a bearing (9). The cultivation device enables free adjustment of the angle of the rotary seat (3) by cooperation of a lead screw (5) and a nut (7), such that plants in the soilless cultivation tubes (1) can be illuminated at an appropriate angle, thus greatly improving the quality of plant growing.
