A treadmill with dual-physiological signals and automatically controlling method is provided. The treadmill can control the speed and the tilt of a running belt for a runner. The runner can set target blood oxygen content and target heart rate to the treadmill. An analyzing module uses blood oxygen content and heart rate detected from sensors as a set of input layer value, and uses speed value and tilt value as an output layer value. A hiding layer of a neural network will process and generate a set of properly speed value and tilt value.
