The present invention provides a composition for preventing and treating Mycoplasma hyorhinis infection comprising XylF, DnaK, P72, or a combination thereof as an active ingredient. The present invention discloses expression vectors and methods necessary to produce the active ingredients of the composition in a prokaryotic expression system.
