PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pore structure screwable with an implant member, even when changing an angle of a male screw member such as a screw.SOLUTION: A pore structure 1 formed in an implant member includes a pore 50, and a screwing projection 52 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the pore 50, and projecting to the inside in the radial direction by changing gradually a distance from the center of the pore 50 along a circumferential direction.
