Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein (Poly)-Hybridimplantat aus einem oder mehreren Kompositmaterial, welches eine Polymermatrix und eine keramisch-anorganische und/oder anorganische Komponente aufweist, wobei die Polymermatrix wenigstens einen Bestandteil aufweist, welche ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe PDLLA； PLGA, PCL, HDPE, PE, UHMWPE, PEAK, PEEK, PP, PUR und die keramisch-anorganische Komponente wenigstens einen Calciumphosphat-basierten Bestandteil aufweist, welcher vorzugsweise ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe HAP, α-TCP, β-TCP und CaCO3. Zusätzlich können auch metallische Komponenten eingebracht werden, welche vorzugsweise, aber nicht ausschließlich, Elemente wie z.B.
