Provided are methods of treating cancer. The methods include administering to an individual having cancer a therapeutically effective amount of a phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthetic pathway (PEBP) inhibitor and a 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-biphosphatase 3 (PFKFB3) inhibitor.
