PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device for care with a new structure which is sanitary and can flexibly cope with a plurality of care-receivers with different degrees of handicap and physical features.SOLUTION: A transfer device 10 for care comprises: a body part 12 movable by a truck part 16 and a riding part 14 which is mounted to the body part 12 and on which a care-receiver 55 rides. The body part 12 is provided with a pair of movable arms 28a, 28b which are tiltably lifted by an actuator. The riding part 14 has a structure in which first and second support parts 36, 38 constituting a seat plate and a back plate are tiltably connected by connection members 40.
