PURPOSE: A high intensity focused ultrasound generating device is provided to improve surgical operation speed about the treatment on an affected part. CONSTITUTION: A high intensity focused ultrasound generating device comprises a body unit(110), high intensity focused ultrasound transformation units(130,130'), and an image acquisition unit(150). The body unit is detachably combined with a handpiece in a cartridge mode and forms an external housing. The high intensity focused ultrasound transformation unit is equipped in the body unit and irradiates high intensity focused ultrasound to a surgical operation region.
