The sterilization closing unit includes a steam slowing-down unit which is formed inside the sterilization closing unit and which slows down the speed of the steam as the steam jetted from the steam jetting unit is bumped. In order to prevent the deterioration in a quality of the dried red pepper caused by the steam, the steam jetted from the steam jetting unit is in contact with the dried red pepper via the mesh transporting unit after the speed of the steam is decreased by being dumped to the steam slowing-down unit.
