The present disclosure provides a method for extracting a soluble protein from a population of microorganisms, the method comprising contacting the population of microorganisms expressing the soluble protein with an amount of a solution comprising from about 1% (v/v) to less than 50% (v/v) carboxylic acid effective to extract the soluble protein from the population of microorganisms.La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'extraction d'une protéine soluble à partir d'une population de micro-organismes, le procédé consistant à mettre en contact la population de micro-organismes exprimant la protéine soluble avec une quantité d'une solution comprenant entre environ 1 % (v/v) et moins de 50 % (v/v) d'acide carboxylique efficace pour extraire la protéine soluble de la population de micro-organismes.
