The present invention provides a system and method for blood pressure measurement, a computer program product using the method, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof. The present invention measures an electrical health signal by a sensor and builds a personal cardiovascular model by a numerical method, and rebuilds the personal cardiovascular model by an optimization algorithm. Thus, a human health parameter generated from the rebuilt personal cardiovascular model will match the electrical health signal.
