A method for continuously monitoring a functional state and giving a functional diagnosis consists in that data from a biometric monitor (a wristwatch or bracelet) is transmitted by wired or wireless means to a mobile application on an Android or iOS platform, a stress level is calculated on the basis of a histogram plotted using measured pulse values, and then the stress level is determined on the basis of the histogram data, proceeding from a concentration of a maximum number of intervals between adjacent heartbeats within a given range of X ms； indices of the intensity of movement of the user are recorded using an electrical accelerometer built into the biometric monitor, then, on the basis of the distribution of the obtained indices over time, conclusions are drawn about the daily motion activity and lifestyle of the individual； on the basis of the information gathered, a conclusion is drawn about what precisely served as the source of a change in stress level, and the user is advised to avoid the source in question.Un procédé de contrôle ininterrompu d'un état fonctionnel et de diagnostic fonctionnel consiste en ce que l'on transmet depuis un détecteur biométrique (montre ou bracelet) par procédé filaire ou sans à destination d'une application mobile à base d'une plate-forme Android ou iOS, on calcule le degré de stress sur la base d'un histogramme établi sur la base des valeurs mesurées de pouls puis, sur les données de l'histogramme, en partant de la concentration du nombre maximal d'intervalles entre les battements de coeurs voisins dans un diapason déterminé X ms, on détermine le niveau de stress； on enregistre les valeurs d'intensité des mouvements de l'utilisateur au moyen d'un accéléromètre électrique intégré dans un détecteur biométrique puis, sur la base de la répartition des valeurs obtenues dans le temps, on tire des conclusions sur l'activité motrice journalière et sur le mode de vie de la personne； sur la base des informations collectées on établit
