PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular knit body which practically prevents even a person who is old or requires nursing and cannot control the body water easily from having tight wearing feeling or a pain.SOLUTION: In a tubular knit body which is knitted with knitting yarns and a rubber yarn to be worn on a human body, at least two kinds of knitting yarns 20, 21 are used as knitting yarns, one kind of them is a silk yarn 21, a cotton yarn or a wool yarn, at least two kinds of knitting yarns and a rubber yarn 22 are knitted by sinker borne knitting in pile knitting with a rib stitch of 1:1, large elasticity in a course direction is achieved and the silk yarns, the cotton yarns or the wool yarns touch the skin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 体内水分をコントロールしにくい老人や要介護者などにも窮屈な装着感や苦痛をほとんど感じることのないようにした筒状編成体を提供する。 【解決手段】 編み糸とゴム糸でもって編成され、身体に着用される筒状編成体において、編み糸には少なくとも2種類の編み糸20、21が用いられ、その1種類が絹糸21、綿糸又は毛糸である一方、少なくとも2種類の編み糸及びゴム糸22があぜ目1:1のパイル編みのシンカー乗せ編みにて編成され、コース方向の大きな伸縮性が得られるとともに、絹糸、綿糸又は毛糸が肌に接するようになす。【選択図】 図2
